NEUTRA® SIMETHICONE is a pharmaceutical-grade Simethicone, a unique formulation of polydimethylsiloxane and silica, widely used as an anti-foaming and anti-flatulent agent in gastrointestinal preparations. It acts locally in the gastrointestinal tract by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles, enabling them to combine into larger bubbles that can be easily eliminated.
